We are looking to hire for a Bookkeeping/Admin position in a growing FMCG company. The ideal candidate should have great communication skills, be accurate & detailed oriented, target & result-oriented, and innovative.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Job description:

  • Work closely with the GM and Production Manager
  • Daily accounting/bookkeeping entries recording
  • Daily Account Receivable / Payable
  • Communicate with Vendors and Customers
  • Run daily errands
  • Communicate with government agencies
  • Lead random projects and conduct researches
  • Oversee employees
  • Work 6 days a week

Requirements:

  • Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps, QuickBooks / ERP
  • Experience in bookkeeping
  • Detail Oriented, thorough and well-organized person
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very good people skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in overseeing other employees
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skill
