Our client is a fast growing company with short-stay apartments and cafe outlets. They currently have an opening for a Cafe Manager.

The ideal candidate will oversee operations of the business, develop systems to help ensure consistent service delivery and ensure to maintain the high standards the business aim for.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with management to set sales targets, develop and execute on marketing plans and deliver on sales target
  • Coordinating events at the venue
  • Managing inventory
  • Planning staff rotas – floor and kitchen staff
  • Staying abreast of competition and developments in the marketplace and reporting to management
  • Using the management systems to run the business.
  • Preparing reports for management
  • Developing the brand and the business beyond simply offering rooms, and finding ways to create additional value for guests
  • Discovering and proposing partnerships which will be beneficial to the business and our guests

Requirements

  • B.Sc /HND/OND in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Must have atleast 2-3 years experience with similar role.
  • Must have great leadership skills
  • Must have great ability for attention to details
  • Must have the ability to drive business profitability
