We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Clerical Assistant
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Attend to clients enquiry and process them by redirecting same to appropriate authorized personel
- Answer phone calls and follow-up calls on appointments and deliveries.
- Maintaining and updating company records.
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
. * Running errands for CEO, supervise menial workers and responsible for a clean office environment.
- Dispatch responsibility, file management and any other assignment management
- require of him.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess OND qualification with 2-6 years of work experience
N30,000 – N35,000 / Month.
