We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Clerical Assistant

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Attend to clients enquiry and process them by redirecting same to appropriate authorized personel
  • Answer phone calls and follow-up calls on appointments and deliveries.
  • Maintaining and updating company records.
  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible

. * Running errands for CEO, supervise menial workers and responsible for a clean office environment.

  • Dispatch responsibility, file management and any other assignment management
  • require of him.

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates should possess OND qualification with 2-6 years of work experience

Salary

N30,000 – N35,000 / Month.
