The General Manager will be responsible for managing the regions day to day operations, including (but not limited to):

  • Managing the operational activities of the business, including service, administration, IT, finance, accounting/record keeping, and business development
  • The management of the overall customer experience
  • The implementation of operational and financial best practices
  • Development and execution of a clear strategy to attract and retain reliable business opportunities
  • Manage the on-going relationship with current clients and customers

Educational & skill requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Experience and track record in setting up and managing the operations of a region, preferably West Africa
  • Advanced accounting knowledge
  • Experience in working with local governments
  • Proven track record in building a client base in Africa
