Job Description:

Job summary: The job holder is primarily responsible for increasing the revenue across the company businesses through strategic relationships and brand management. He/She will be responsible for launching new partnership opportunities with the goal of driving growth and engagement with company’s product and services across all businesses and countries. Also, will build a team that brings to life the company’s brand by defining, creating and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive financial and non-financial results.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Define, create and manage the company’s brand and story in all operating countries, market segments and multi-touch opportunities across online and offline channels to create a holistic view of the brand
  • Developing brand strategies that promote the growth and expansion of the company’s brand that translates into measurable results contributing to the bottom line
  • Develop marketing strategies and activities that drive brand health and commercial performance of the company’s brand across all operating countries
  • Leverage sound understanding of customer trends and business results to develop and refine the company’s brand positioning, marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans.
  • Partner with relevant teams within the business and countries to build above the line and below the line marketing strategies from creative concepts and execution to media planning and social media
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans, strategies, and tactics, both long term and short term, to help achieve Brand commercial goals
  • Create high-impact campaigns in service of driving business results and brand love in conjunction with media, social media, and public relations
  • Help identify core research, analytics, and metrics to inform trends, drive efficiency of marketing executions, and develop strong, engaging creatives
  • Handle day-to-day activities of managing creative agencies for positive relationships and the facilitating groundbreaking work
  • Handle a significant marketing budget, including the ratio of working to non-working dollars and monthly/quarterly forecasting
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders from initial planning to post-launch follow-up for all product launch implementations
  • Develop a partnership ecosystem strategy and roadmap for all businesses and grow the company’s brand strategic partnership model into annual revenues of over $100m
  • Advocate for scalable, simplified and agile platform solutions leveraging on long standing and newly created partner relationships within the Payment, Agent Banking and Digital banking services segments
  • Devise ways to activate key events, social media, influencers, partnerships and new channels to maximize customer relationships and new revenue opportunities for the company brand
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that enhance the company mission, vision, goals and growth objectives
  • Maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with prospective and existing partners at executive levels
