We are looking for a CAN-DO individual who will research and execute initiatives to build our brand, tell our story and attract relevant interest to PayPecker. You should have worked with and managed cross-functional teams to deliver projects across the organisation and hungry to learn and eager to contribute

The responsibilities for this role include understanding PayPecker customer behavior and exploring relevant market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with social media, storytelling, marketing campaigns, PPC and be comfortable with processing and analyzing marketing data.

Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently and target our audience through successful campaigns.

Your Responsibilities would Include;

  • Telling the PayPecker story using relevant physical/digital and online/offline media
  • Serving as Marketing Business Partner to PayPecker Product Owners
  • Measuring ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Executing and reporting on relevant marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
  • Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers, and onboard new customers
  • Measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance and operations teams to meet ambitious growth targets
  • Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
  • Identify opportunities for new client acquisition


  • 5+ year work experience as a Marketing/Brand Specialist or similar role
  • Expertise with Google Analytics
  • Experience with PPC campaigns
  • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
  • Photography, Graphics & Analytical abilities
  • BSc in Marketing or relevant field
