Job Position: HR & Admin Coordinator
Job Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
- A fast growing ICT Company requires the service of an experienced HR & Admin Coordinator who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources and administrative operations of the organization
- First Degree or its equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar HR / Admin operations role, experience in ICT is a plus
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
