Job Description

  • A fast growing ICT Company requires the service of an experienced HR & Admin Coordinator who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of human resources and administrative operations of the organization



  • First Degree or its equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar HR / Admin operations role, experience in ICT is a plus
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
