Job requirements

• Design hiring plans for all departments based on seasonal needs
• Interview and assess job candidates.
• Manage compensation and benefits plans.
• Oversee employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks.
• Ensure staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations Resolving disputes between employees in the workplace.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
• BSC/HND in any related field.
