Temporary INTEGRATED MARKETING AND SALES SPECIALIST
The Integrated Marketing and Sales Specialist will help develop, execute, and monitor marketing and sales programs across a variety of channels. His/her work includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization’s marketing and sales strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach our target markets.

We are an alternative investment firm that manages investment capital on behalf of individual and institutional investors. The firm manages the Pistis Quantum Fund, an entrepreneurial fund that aggregates capital from individual, corporate and institutional partners and invests the capital into specific economic sectors, namely Growth Capital Credits, Retailing, Commodities Trading and Property Finance. Partners in the Fund are paid a pre-agreed return on their funds, in addition to the repayment of their principal sums. Since our founding, companies within the Pistis Finserve ecosystem have issued over 900 million Nigerian Naira in working capital loans to more than 11,000 small businesses enterprises across 30 business locations in Nigeria.
o Develop new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces in the investment industry.
o Review and develop short term, medium term and long-term business development strategies.
o Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
o Make presentations to existing and potential clients and investors.
o Train and support clients and investors on how to use the Pistis investment management system.
o Work with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials.
o Identify the appropriate media channels where each product or service’s marketing materials can be delivered to the public
o Enforce brand marketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel to each campaign.
o Act as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information.
o Track marketing strategy results closely and create detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback.
o Adjust marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts.
o Responsible for finding potentials for business alliances, joint ventures, mergers and diversification of business into other revenue streams.
o Research, develop and execute strategies to identify market opportunities. Assist in taking existing products into new markets, new products into existing markets and or new products into new markets.
o Manage and execute the brand image of the company.
o Manage and execute the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing materials including websites, sales collateral, graphics, exhibit properties, advertising, and promotional programs.
o Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing and sales campaigns.
o Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
o Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
o Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
o Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
o Build Business Intelligence on the Alternative Investment market and on how to position the firm for competitive advantage.
o Closely coordinate with the Chief Executive Officer to raise investible capital and support investments and projects.
o Setting up operations in new states and locations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
o Assist the CEO in Investor Presentations and Investors’ Meets.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
· 2-5 years of experience in marketing
· Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) etc.
· Excellent analytical skills and a bias for data analysis
· Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention.
· Ability to create and write copy for marketing materials.
· Ability to coordinate and manage design of marketing materials.
