DSA Africa Ltd is looking for a Marketing & Admin assistant in order to provide support in a different set of activities. The person will work remotely but must be able to come to Victoria island 20% of the time (depending on needs).

Job Description/Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketing

  • Run market data research online & offline for a major project
  • Create PowerPoint presentation

2. Social Network Management

  • Regular posting on social media
  • Community development and management

3. ADMIN

  • Data entry
  • Email box management
  • Other admin duties
  • Handle deliveries and communications with suppliers/customers

4. Content Creation

  • Write content and post it online
  • Design digital products with Canva or other relevant design tools

Profile:

  • A dynamic person that can work remotely with autonomy.
  • Need to have a laptop and access to power and Internet connection to work efficiently.
  • Perfect English writing and speaking required. French fluency would be an asset.
  • Very good interpersonal and writing skills needed.
  • Need to have a good IT equipment (smartphone, computer, Internet access, power).
  • 2 years of experience would be a plus.

  • Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Canva or other design tools
  • Mailchimp, WordPress
  • Google Drive
  • MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Notion

Salary: 110,000 NGN a month. + 10,000 for expenses (transport, internet, power, etc)
