Job Title: Marketing / Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos

Summary

  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic marketing/business Development officer to expand our clientele and drive sustainable financial growth.
  • The Marketing / Business Development officer will develop and execute strategies to increase company sales and profits, identify profitable business opportunities and secure sound business deals.

Responsibilities and Functions

  • Analyze current and past financial data and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
  • Research the market to identify new business opportunities, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
  • Develop business development, marketing plans and growth strategy in collaboration with Management to achieve set revenue goals.
  • Achieve full rental occupancy by advertising, filling vacancies, conducting tours, drafting lease documentation, negotiating lease agreements and enforcing lease terms.
  • Follow up and close business deals by convincing prospective clients on the advantage of AMG’s real estate opportunities.
  • Build referral and lead generation network, arrange business meetings with prospective clients, build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, keep records of sales, revenue and invoices. Curate monthly – quarterly reports.
  • Define and follow-up on monthly and yearly targets and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Sales or other relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, with proven relevant experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
  • Market research, strategy and business reporting
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
