Part-Time Office Administrator & PA
The role is for a an Office Administrator & Personal Assistant. The company is a startup food and drug manufacturing company in Lagos looking for a smart, intelligent and personable person to join the team. The Office Admin & PA will be responsible for interfacing with key Clients and Factory Managers to aid smooth office operational duties.
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year
We require someone well cultured and can cope with the rigor of startups. We require: * Minimum of Second class (upper) in any discipline
- Good mastery and command of spoken and written English, further languages like French and German will be a plus.
- Honesty, neatness and a good sense of personality
- Ability to use Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and communication applications like Zoom, e.t.c
- Good co-ordination and a healthy dose of ambition to grow into senior management role
- Previous experience in sales and customer care is a plus but not mandatory
