Full-Time OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Rovedana Limited is recruiting to fill the vacant role of an Operation Officer for one of the top restaurants based in the heart of Abuja, FCT. The Operation Officer will be responsible for the thorough monitoring of the production processes and also of the outputs and then ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Supervise everyday working of department operational processes to ensure the smooth and seamless running of the company daily activities and also increase efficiency of workers for various growth oriented programs.
Liaise with the company’s suppliers to arrange collections, deliveries item repairs, correspondence and email management as needed.
Working together with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to assess product problems and brainstorm to proffer solutions.
Writing production plans that minimize risks of mistakes during productions
Checking that raw materials or components involved in the production process are of standard qualities.
Prioritize and process customers orders and requests submitted via Telephone, Email, Live Chat or Instant Messages.
Investigate and resolve customers complaints quickly and patiently, including the assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, given wrong order or given faulty products.
Assist financial departments with customers on security checks, accounting enquiries or flagged accounting issues raised by customers.
Provide training to workers and provide upgrades to various technical skills.
Periodic inspection of production machineries and other production equipment to ensure the smooth running of the production process.
Communicating with other departments such as the project management and engineering team to coordinate the scheduling of QA testing and reporting discovered defects to the relevant departments.
Ensure adherence to the regulations and standards when it comes to testing and QA.
Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervise effective compilation and collection of information and data to enhance the company’s growth.
Ensure the regular checking of products availability and customers order.
Work closely with the sales team to drive positive sales results at all times.
Ensure compliance with the applicable Laws and the company’s policies
Prepare regular reports, perform audits on various operations and evaluate processes as per business requirements.
Minimum of HND/BSc. In Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years of Experience as a Supervisor in Hospitality Business or Restaurant Operations.
Excellent and effective communication skill and good organizational and writing skills
Good knowledge of the use of computers, Microsoft Suits, telecommunication gadgets and being very active on social media.
Strong Knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines.
Good leadership, interaction and coordination skills
Knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines and other standard regulations.
Smart, neat, friendly, good sense of humour and great interpersonal relationship skills.
Good people management and customer relationship skills.
Good knowledge of sales and marketing
