Act as the managers first point of contact.

  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements


  • · Monitoring a reporting manager email and responding if required.

· Preliminary drafting of correspondence on the manager’s behalf.

· Organizing travel and itineraries.

· Planning and organizing meetings.

· Answering phone calls and liaising with clients competently.

· Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.

· Delegating work in the manager’s absence.

· Managing and reviewing filling and office systems.

· Conducting or preparing any research that the General Manager may require.

· Preparing presentations.

· Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment

· Various Adhoc requests.


· Minimum of HND/BSC in any field.

· 0-2 years Experience as Personal Assistant or Managerial Positions.

· Computer Literacy (must be efficient in Microsoft Office Packages)

· Efficiency

Good communication skill

· Strong Organizational skills

· Verbal and written articulacy

· Time management skills

· Professional discretion.
