As a sales associate, you will help build up business by identifying new business prospects, create opportunities, meet high profile potential and existing clients, introduce products and perform stakeholder management to ensure that customers always drive the best value from solutions and services.
Key Requirement
Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities through multiple mediums such as email, phone calls, trade shows, and channel partner relationships
Execute on prospecting activities associated with the company’s marketing plan, and specific marketing campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with clients and high profile prospects
Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them
Utilizes CRM system and all necessary applications to manage and optimize sales opportunities, merge records and track all sales stages of the deal opportunities
Manage your assigned account and achieve sales targets and customer expectations
Build and maintain professional networks
Qualify prospects and new sales leads
Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within the assigned territory.
Assist in establishing effective sales strategies and tactics that result in new business generation and expanding current business within the assigned territory
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Work closely with other departments to assist with coordination of proposals, demos, legal contracts, implementation of software and ensure client satisfaction
Achieve annual sales targets and average monthly revenue quotas on a consistent basis.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Document and track the status of inquiries and coordinate appropriate responses using best judgment to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
1 – 2 years of sales experience in software sales and a track record of achieving targets
Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities
Extensive experience utilizing a CRM to manage individual key performance metrics
Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
Highly confident and excellent communication skills to engage high profile prospect
Ability to assess customer information, determine and address problem areas, formulate relevant solutions, and present the solution effectively
Willing to support the team in any way to help achieve company goals
Ability to adapt to the changing demands of a very fast-growing company, including being flexible in your thinking and approach to achieving goals
