Job Description/Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies & plans, forecasts, opportunity identification for the company’s products and services, so as to ensure that the business objectives are reached (profitability, market share growth rate, etc.)
  • Generate new commercial and marketing strategy to succeed in further growth of company’s brand within the market, capitalizing previous positive experience and Awareness
  • Build and maintain top-level contacts with the management of existing and potential customers in order to support the sales effort in developing customer’s relationships and loyalty
  • Develop and execute sales strategies & plans, forecasts, opportunity identification for Company products and services, so as to ensure that the business objectives are reached (profitability, market share growth rate, etc.)
  • Generate new commercial and marketing strategy to gain success in further growth within the market, capitalizing on previous positive experiences.
  • Build and maintain top-level contacts with the management of existing and potential customers in order to support the sales effort in developing customer’s relationships and loyalty
  • Monitor the business, through the control of sales, service and marketing budgets and activities within the company
  • Be a good team player by ensuring the cooperation and synergy of the different departments.
  • Develop and motivate own people, able to train and develop young collaborators able to work in a multinational environment.
  • Establish and execute a growth strategy broadening and deepening the company’s reach into the existing market to realize the aggressive growth agenda of the business.
  • Using intellect and rigour to agree on the right strategy and apply business acumen to pull the necessary levers to implement it.
  • Devise a medium/long-term vision, based on a thorough understanding of industry and consumer trends and opportunities with a good appreciation for rigour and details.

Profile:

  • Educational background in engineering certifications is an advantage.
  • Preliminary experiences in international Companies with a good level of relationship and exposure to HQ;
  • Strong sales experience with traditional channels (wholesales) to Distributors & End Users.
  • strong familiarity with customer service management (after-sales);
  • Strong knowledge of the use of Microsoft office.
  • Significant communication skills, team spirit, and a high level of motivation as well as availability to travel extensively.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years post NYSC relevant experience with a track record of Sales management is preferable in the manufacturing/ Engineering industries I.e (Cement industries, Food & Beverage)
