An engineering company is looking to hire to fill the vacancy of secretary very urgently. The ideal candidate can be a male or female, living close to the location of the job. He/she should be a graduate with any BSc or HND degree, experienced in office admin, skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, written and oral communication, writing emails, and has an attitude of punctuality.

Job Description/Requirements

Location: Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos state

Job Description:

  • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing, and collating reports
  • Filing
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Work closely with the director to carry out other office assigned tasks

Job Requirements:

  • BSc or HND in any course
  • 3 years of experience in office administration
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Skilled in written and oral communication
  • Can compose and respond to email correspondence properly
  • Young, smart, and intelligent
  • Can work under and without supervision

Remuneration:

NGN 60,000 to 70,000 Monthly
