Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day on-site operation which includes cleaning, gardening and fumigation.
  • Supervise the workforce, ensuring that janitors deliver their specific services within the agreed standards
  • Ensuring that delivery is of the highest quality with a significant emphasis on service excellence.
  • Ensure that FM LITE continuously and effectively deliver the client’s needs to the agreed specified Service Level Agreements
  • Ensure that the standards of compliance, health & Safety and hygiene are to the Company and Client standards at all times.
  • Supervising the tracking and maintaining consumables, supplies, and equipment and waste


  • First degree in Estate Management or any field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a facility supervisor
  • Good level of interpersonal and communication skills. Able to express ideas at all levels. Good telephone skills
  • Customer focused
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours to achieve objectives, if required.
  • Carry out orientation programmes for new starters.
