Position : Telesales Supervisor
We’re looking for a Telesales Supervisor.
- We are currently looking to hire a vibrant, dynamic, result driven Telesales Supervisorto lead the asset creation Telemarketing department in our Financial Services subsidiary.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, supporting and developing teams of telesales executives in the telesales department, ensuring day to day management of teams, and team leads and guiding the team members to ensure delivery of set sales targets, Develop and manage a set of KPIs for the department, Identify opportunities for business development and ensure high conversion rate, Provide inspiring leadership across the Business generation team among others.
Required profile for job ad : Telesales Supervisor
- MUST have a solid background/previous experience working as a core telesales supervisor, preferably in a financial services sector for a min. of 6 years
- Demonstrable evidence of leading and managing a high performing team that delivers and exceeds targets
- Strong Leadership skills, the ability to ‘show’ as well as ‘tell’
- Good written, presentation and communication skills
- Self-Motivated, Ambitious and success-driven
- Commercially astute with a track record delivering to growth targets
